Our distinctive style of family portraiture has a modern and relaxed look. This particularly suits a casual approach to clothing, whether it be jeans/t-shirts, trousers/open-neck shirts etc. Bare feet are also common place!

Our modern style features plain white backgrounds, usually photographed in black and white. We then often put a subtle single coloured wash into your portraits, (Sepia (soft brown) or Blue) depending on your colour scheme at home. This however is done at a much later stage and we will discuss this with you after your initial sitting.

We also offer a high contrast colour style, giving punchy colours and a modern, stylish look. A bold statement of personal art.

Normal colour is still popular of course, and yes we can offer a selection of finishes within the same sitting.

Our digital equipment enables us to produce any of these looks from the same images, but it is still important to discuss this beforehand. We will talk to you about this prior to your sitting.

A family studio can be for individuals or groups, and from your group we will take as many combinations of people as you require. There is no set amount of pictures that we take.
